We make our own gelato, so it's creamy and fresh tasting. Using local whole milk and fresh egg yokes, the gelato is whipped slowly in a special machine that introduces very little air during mixing, resulting in a unique velvety texture and intense flavor. Gelato is best served when it is soft, allowing the flavor and aroma to mellow.
